Hello everyone! I don't know about you but we are experiencing triple digit temperatures in the Valley Springs area of California! Whew! I could use some of the chilly, snowy weather that bites your nose when you walk outside the door! LOL
Today I created a card with the Festive Holly Stamp and Die set from Heartfelt Creations! 💕💕
I hope you enjoy it. I have all products and details listed. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!

Olive Green Cardstock, trimmer, Misty, Copic Alcohol Ink Markers (Birds R20, R22, R24, R27, C1, C3, C5, C7 - Berries R20, R22, R24, R59 - Leaves YR13, YG61, YG63, YG67, GY95 - Wheel E30, E33, E35, E37, E47), Versamark Ink, Heat Tool, White Gel Pen, Ranger Vintage Photo Distress Ink, rhinestone, Clear Crackle Paint, X-Press It Blending Cardstock.
Cut a top fold card at 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches from heavy white cardstock. Cut the base layer from olive green cardstock at 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches. Cut the designer paper from Festive Holly Collection at 5 x 5 inches. Add some additional snow with the gel pen on the designer paper and sponge edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink using Stack & Store Daubers. Add some twine and adhere the layers with double sided tape.
Stamp the image with the cardinals and the wheel from the Festive Holly Stamp Set onto Copic compatible paper. I used X-Press It. The image was colored with the following Copic color combo - (Birds R20, R22, R24, R27, C1, C3, C5, C7 - Berries R20, R22, R24, R59 - Leaves YR13, YG61, YG63, YG67, GY95 - Wheel E30, E33, E35, E37, E47). Die cut the image with the coordinating die. Cut 4 additional die cut images from dark brown or black cardstock. Adhere the layers of the brown die cut on top of another and adhere to the colored image using Dries Clear Adhesive. This will add strength and some dimension to the focal image. Pop up the focal image on the left side of the card using dimensional foam dots.
Stamp the sentiment with Versamark Ink and emboss with white powder. Heat set. Die cut with a tag tie and add snow using various size dots with a white gel pen. Pop the tag up using dimensional dots and apply a rhinestone to the bow.
Apply a generous coat of Clear Crackle Paint the the bottom of the card and to the top of the wheel as shown. Sprinkle with a generous amount of Frosting Powder and heat set. This will complete a winter, snowy look to your holiday card.
Mail?!!! Is that box for me from Heartfelt Creations? 💕 |
