Heartfelt Creations - Botanic Orchid Birthday Card

Hello everyone and welcome!
I want to share another card I created using the Botanic Orchid Bouquet Stamp and Die Set.
I love orchids, and wish I had a  green thumb!

This is an easy card to create for any occasion.
I added a birthday greeting on mine and I also added the gorgeous
Botanic Orchid Wishes  to the inside...
Have you ever forgot to take a picture prior to mailing?
Well - that's what happened to me!
But trust me - it is a gorgeous stamp set and makes such a beautiful sentiment
on the inside with a beautiful wreath of orchids!

Instructions

Card base is 11 in. x 51/2 in. Fold card at 51/2 in. The base layer of violet was cut twice at 51/4 in. x 51/4 inches. The Designer paper and inside sentiment was cut at 5in. x 5in.

The Botanic Orchid Bouquet was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on X-Press It Blending Card-stock. They were colored with the following Copic Alcohol Ink Markers - V01, V04, V06, V09, V28, YG 03, G17, G28, G40.

The flowers were die cut using the Botanic Orchid Bouquet Die. The flourish was cut using Cut Mat Create 2A Die. The flowers were lightly misted and shaped with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. The flourish was lightly shaped to add some movement to the card. When the flowers were dry, 3D lacquer was applied to the flowers and leaves of the orchids.

The Happy Birthday sentiment was cut from the mat section of the Botanic Orchid Collection and matted on left over scraps of violet card-stock.

The inside of the card is the Botanic Orchid Wishes Cling stamp. It was stamped with Tuxedo Black Dye Ink and colored with Copic Markers. The ink was - V01, V04, V06, V09, V28, YG 03, G17, G28, G40, B00, B21, B24, B26.   I forgot to snap a picture of the inside prior to mailing - but trust me- this is a great stamp set! It makes a perfect greeting on the inside of the card.

The outside and inside layers were adhered and the flourish and flowers were applied with Designer Dries Clear glue. Liquid Pearls and sequins were added for embellishment. The outside sentiment was adhered with D-Dots.
