Layer:  Laser Black Glossy Lustre 80 #
Watercolor design: Heavenly White 120#Focal layer: Sweet Tooth Pop Tones 65#

Embellishment: Laser Black Glossy Lustre

The layer and embellishment was cut from the fabulous Black Laser Lustre .  

 I created a watercolor wash with a swirl and punched it with my Epiphany Crafts Round Shaping tool and popped a Round Bubble cap on top when the ink was fully dry.

The bubble cap fit perfect inside my embellishment of Surely Stitched circle.

I added a sentiment to complete my designer card.
