CMC: I Feel Like Celebrating!

I want to share a card I created for our Color Me Creative  Challenge.    Our challenge for this week is ....   drumroll..... Anything Goes   and our wonderful sponsor is MarkerPOP .

I colored this little sweetie up and added some shading on the shadow side of her feet.  I added a fun and whimsical stippled background to give a fun and party kind of feel to the over-all focal image.
