Scaring Up Some Fun!

Happy Saturday!   I hope you are all enjoying your weekend!   I spent the day at an auction in Jackson, CA and purchased a bookcase for all my books and a wonderful chest of drawers from Germany that will hold a tun of craft supplies!  It was called a 6 drawer dove tailed dresser with a sliding door.   Now how is that for a name!     It was my lucky day.    I am always looking for new ways to become more organized so that I can cram more art into each day! LOL!

The Outlawz: Twisted Thursday has a new challenge running.   The challenge  is  always "anything goes" but if you choose to use the twist - your name is entered in the drawing twice!   The twist is to use the "bingo card"

I used this adorable  digital image called Tommy Wizard from The Stamp Fairy.   I have been practicing on my new Cameo and I finally figured out how to cut the image out using the Cameo.  Isn't it just the greatest!!!   I can never fussy cut around images with this kind of precision!

I colored my images with Copic alcohol ink markers
placed a large nestabilities die on my designer paper to create a frame
and sponged with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

I am linking this crd with the following challenges

Aww Moment for the Day

That's all for today!   Thank you for stopping by!    Come back soon and have a
fabulous weekend!

  1. Coloring - outstanding, image - adorable, design - striking and papers - perfect. Got another winner here, Marie. Congrats on your finds at the auction.

  2. Well I googled it because the name was so impressive and of course there's a bazillion images and I couldn't figure it out..LOL, BUT congrats to you Marie...sounds like you found a winner! Your Halloween witch/wizard is wonderful. I love the green bubbly brew and that DP has a very cool pattern. I know it's decorative but plays off nicely as spider webs, at least in my head it does.
Love seeing your posts my friend,
    Lisa xx

Thank you also for sharing this at Make It Monday!
    Bwhahahahhaa...awesome cat pic too!

  3. Fantastic card and image Marie..loz

  4. Marie, this is utterly adorable--fabulous coloring, love the paper and embellies, too! :^)
    Hugs, Penny
